choice of smoked meat, cheddar cheese, and

our signature Creamy BBQ Sauce

1/2 lb your choice of smoked meat, an oversized made from scratch bun, and one side(choose wisely)

3-4 ribs with your choice of two made from scratch sides

 your selection of meat(s) and your choice of two delicious sides 

It's mac & cheese. You know it's good

We chop and shred the veggies by hand and then mix a secret blend of sauces and spices to make......cole slaw.

You won't find mustard in this German version.  Come on over and give it a try!

A good recipe starts with one bag(any size) of pinto beans.  Ours does too.  Plus a few other ingredients that make them almost as great as this state! (cue Rodgers & Hammerstein music...)

4-5 large pieces of glazed bacon drizzled with cinnamon roll icing and some spice to kick it up a notch! A personal favorite of mine.  Ask about the large bacon bouquet.  It's 12 slices of candied bacon arranged in a bouquet.  Now every day(we're open) can be Valentine's Day.

What could possibly follow candied bacon? Just the best dang cinnamon roll around(my opinion).  made from scratch with enough rolls to make you dizzy.  Then we drown them in icing. Literally drown them. You'll see. Also, no raisins. 

It's a brownie.  It's a large delicious brownie.  Also drizzled with cinnamon roll icing.  We really like that stuff.

This is a very berry cobbler. Also, it's awesome! I read a review that we can't even print here.  It's that good!

Our Bread Pudding is "jolly good." Also, does NOT have raisins.
