We make our jerky onsite with aged pecan wood, no artificial preservatives, and in limited quantities to make sure you get a fresh product.

We use only beef and pork for our jerky and snack sticks . However, our Chefs are always working with new meats to bring you more options. I mean, we ARE Oklahoma Meat Group!
